MHS University

The Morris|Hardwick|Schneider Education Department serves our colleagues in the real estate industry.  In the fast-paced and ever-changing real estate market, staying abreast of legal, regulatory, procedural and customary changes is vitally important.  Our Education Department makes learning engaging and fun for our fellow industry professionals while allowing them to earn real estate continuing education credits.  Education Director, Howell Haunson, regularly delivers lively and interesting interactive seminars on topics such as real estate contracts, fair housing practices, mortgage fraud, renovation lending, understanding the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and real property law.


Translation Services

In offices located on the north and south side of Atlanta, Spanish-speaking clients will find a comfortable environment staffed by attorneys and other professionals who speak Spanish.  We provide useful information written in Spanish, including closing checklists for buyers and sellers, a Spanish brochure that answers questions most commonly asked and a Spanish version of our website.

 

Litigation Division

Morris|Hardwick|Schneider now has a Litigation Department to service the needs of our clients when they are away from the closing table. We are able to provide legal services in the following areas: Estate Planning, including Wills and Trusts, Mediation, Small Business Legal Services and Matrimonial Legal Services, including Divorce.
